WhatsApp reminders for gyms:
Receipts, expiry and dues reminders on WhatsApp, without anyone at the desk typing them.
On Pro, RepDesk sends WhatsApp messages to members for you: a welcome message, a receipt for each payment, reminders 7 days and 3 days before a membership expires and on the day itself, and dues reminders from day 5, then weekly.
It also sends win-back and inactivity nudges, and you can send an announcement to all active members at once.
Pro includes 3,000 automated messages a month. WhatsApp automation is not on Essential. Sending from your gym’s own WhatsApp Business number is planned for Ultimate, which is not available yet.
