RepDesk opens on the dashboard: today’s collections split into cash and UPI, the month’s total, active members, pending dues, and the members who need attention today because their plan is expiring, has expired or has dues.
Attendance is a daily register. Mark a member present at the desk and RepDesk records their check-in time; the register shows who is present and who is not recorded yet, and the attendance history keeps every past day. There is no barcode, QR or biometric check-in: attendance is marked at the desk.
The dashboard and the member attendance register are on every plan. Pro adds trainer attendance, a revenue chart with profit margin and footfall, and a midnight email with the day’s cash and operations. For now there is one login, the owner’s; staff accounts are not available yet.
